About Me

As a young girl, I spent lots of time lying on my bed reading about fascinating characters having exciting adventures in places far away and in other time periods. In later years, I discovered and devoured romances. At a certain point, I grew cocky enough to think I could write one of these stories. Twelve years later, my first fiction sale was achieved–a confession story. Since then I’ve gone on to publish more than 35 short stories, novellas and novels. Married with 4 adult children and 2 granddaughters, I now write heartwarming contemporary and historical stories with a touch of humor and a bit of sass from my home in the southern California mountains.

  1. Hello – I am author Kathy Wheeler’s assistant, and I’d like to query availability on your blog for a spotlight feature or interview to promote her new release, THE PRICE OF SCORN. This is the conclusion to her Cinderella series trilogy, which reveals the evil stepmother’s story. I am happy to provide a media kit and graphics to introduce this retelling of a popular fairy tale to your readers. I understand from Kathy that you’ve featured her before. If you don’t have availability for a blog feature, but can help announce Kathy’s release on your social media, please let me know and I’ll send over a media kit with pre-written tweets and Facebook posts, as well as graphics. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

    1. I did let Kathy know of an opportunity for a character interview blog post on 9/16 and mailed her the document prior to seeing this message. But if a promotion spot is desired, which is blurb, excerpt, cover, buy links, bio, headshot then I have 9/11 or 96/14 or 9/21 available. Just email me at l.carrollbradd@gmail.com.
